Is all about the atmosphere. There is the location, deep inside old Toulouse. It’s about the colors, deep reds and earth tones like chocolate brown. Cordless phones are available for each room, and suites have CD players with a selection of music. This is also a four-star hotel. It is not as pricey at the Palladia, and is also more of a value for the money. The hotel’s restaurant across the street, Le 19 is a bonus.
